NCVYS produces policy position statements and proposals on issues that are relevant to the voluntary youth sector. The Speaking Out project produces additional consultations responses and recommendations on cross-departmental policy areas that impact the whole of the children and young people's voluntary and community sector, such as child poverty, social mobility, youth justice and health.
