NCVYS is currently working on a pilot project around learning clusters. By focusing on the development of key people, it is based on a peer-learning approach. Learning clusters are effectively a reflective learning space created for peers. NCVYS developed this approach during its piloting of the Momentum programme, but the benefits of this approach can be realised outside of this structured programme. To find out more contact Jarina Choudhury on 020 7843 6453.
