New framework of outcomes highlights the value of services for young people

It\'s here! The new Framework of Outcomes for Young People has been published today (18 July 2012).

The value of services that support young people\'s personal and social development is highlighted in new work from the Young Foundation on behalf of the Catalyst consortium (a NCVYS co-ordinated partnership).

The framework is designed to highlight the fundamental importance of social and emotional capabilities to the achievement of all other outcomes for all young people.
