Guide to Training Quality launched at training partnerships event

The Guide to Training Quality  was launched today in the presence of training providers from within the voluntary and community youth sector, at the Road Ahead >> Developing training business and partnerships event.

NCVYS's Director of Workforce Development Gethyn Williams said: 'Training providers need to ensure they are delivering high quality training if they want to secure future contracts, be part of any partnership arrangements and most importantly to offer learners a good learning experience. We have put this guide together to introduce a range of quality standards and resources, which need to be taken into consideration when developing their own quality framework.'

NCVYS aims to update the guide periodically, to reflect changes in the voluntary and community youth sector and in terms of how quality is defined by the various stakeholders involved. If individuals or organisations wish to suggest amendments, please email gethyn@ncvys.org.uk.
