This seminar aims to stimulate a strategic dialogue with youth sector employers (youth sector organisations engaging staff and volunteers) on areas in which they can collaborate to better effect on workforce development issues. At a time when funding to support workforce development is increasingly scare and difficult to access, in what areas can employers collaborate to make their resources go further, and see the productivity of their workforce increase as a result?
